Indulge the wonderful healing benefits of the ancient ritual of steam bathing, in your own shower at home!

What are shower steamers? Showers steamers are similar to a bath bomb, but for the person who prefers to shower. They MUST NOT be used as a bath bomb due to the high concentration of essential oils that would not be suitable or skin safe to soak in a bath tub. Indulge the wonderful healing benefits of the ancient ritual of steam bathing, in your own shower at home!
How they work: Aromatherapy shower steamers are a tablet block that you place on the shelf of your shower tray or out of the direct stream of water. As the tablets have an effervescent action, the essential oils Lavender, Benzoin and Ylang Ylang are released and attach up into the steam vapours. Giving you an "Sleepy Dreamer" aromatherapy steam that can help with relaxation, sleeping and general calming. Steamer tablets come in a pack of 4 or why not select your own steamer choice and quantities?
